I was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, but grew up in Vancouver, BC, where I have lived most of my life. I write for children of all ages. I also have a few murder mysteries on the go as well as a book based on my most recent trip to Ireland.

I love to travel. I also love to test my stories out on my nieces and nephew, who are wonderfully willing guinea pigs and very honest critics.  No pets grace my home, but from time to time I do have conversations with a raccoon who taps on my window with a rock when he desires my attention.
